In Acts chapter six, we see that Philip was qualified to serve God’s church as one full of the Holy Spirit, wisdom, and faith.

Philip is willing to serve, however, he’s chosen because he’s ready - he has proven Spirituality and wisdom. 
 
Main point: Readiness + willingness + opportunity = fruitfulness. If any of these are missing we will be ineffective.
