The devil wants to pull us into hypocrisy so that we are robbed of the true spiritual power that can do damage to the Kingdom of darkness.

Pursue spiritual health by allowing the light of Jesus’ Word to fill us and cast out all that is dark in us.

If we allow the light of Christ to shine on us, the light of Christ will shine from us. If we allow darkness to overshadow us, the shadows of darkness will be cast by us.

Jesus’ teaching - the whole Bible - is light for our lives, so let’s ensure that we allow it to shine onto us so that it can shine from us.

Those who listen to Christ will repent on a daily basis as they hear Him and realign themselves to His will.

The sources of our learning reveal whom we worship and the condition of our hearts.

‘The sign of Jonah’ is that as Jonah was 3 days in the depths of the sea, so Jesus’ 3 days in the grave and His resurrection are a sign that we are lost but can be found through faith in Christ.

Jesus experienced rejection for His message and so will we. So let’s be content to be like Christ and to seek Jesus for His love and courage to continue.

Crowds do not impress Jesus unless the crowds are impressed with Him.
